To ensure a fair and transparent process for handling damaged or faulty items, we have a strict video verification requirement for all replacements.
Mandatory Unboxing Video
You must record a clear, continuous video of you opening the parcel. The video must be recorded in front of the delivery person at your doorstep, or at the courier's office if you are collecting it yourself.
If the video clearly shows that an item is damaged, has a manufacturing fault, or is incorrect, it is eligible for a **replacement only**. We do not offer refunds or returns under this policy.
Replacement claims without a valid unboxing video as described above will not be accepted.
We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Our standard delivery timeframe is **3 to 5 business days**.
